me start by stating that I do not

line, but if none,

crosswalk on the near
side of the intersection
or, if none, then before

shown, except as
provided in subdivision
(b).

vehicle code above is the star of
the prosecution's case but

laws, not only at the state

Lockheed-Martin company was

by Superior Court Judge Ronald
Styn.
