light camera units have
added about $1.6 million
in additional revenue
since first launched.
Out of the $381 fine,
$175.26 goes to the city
of Bakersfield which
then compensates Redflex
$89 per successful
conviction. The city is
trying to change the
exiting agreement where
they pay Redflex a
monthly fee rather than
on a per incident
basis.
